A police car pulls up over the curb, over the parkway lawn and parks on the sidewalk on the east side of Rodenberg Road about 1/2 mile north of Central Avenue, obviously with the lights off. Grabs any vehicle driving south coming over a slight hill just south of the railroad tracks. There’s not much light in the area, so it’s really difficult to see the cop car.
