I came across a Florida DMV website and for school signs, if theres a speed markers before that school zone and another sign at that school zone equipped with flashing yellow light indicating that a lower speed must be observed when that light is flashing, tru that those light have timers set to flash at designated times during school days, that means "During school days/hours" but i did not indicated anything outside school hours where no school children around that area and that flashing light is already "off" by then. But if this thing happen during school day/hours , that will be a different story. If outside school hours say mid-night or 3AM, that is certainly a scam and i will fight that ticket if its more reasonable enough to drive back to this crook town. Always remember cops are good when they do thier jobs correctly like ordinary citizen, but like ordinary does not mean they are perfect, thry can also be crooks, its the reality and its a shame!
