On University street Near the Wallichics Thearter entrance
Heading north on University an officer is often at the side street just north of the railroad tracks. Sometimes he is directly on the opposite side of the street near the park, or further down University St just past Sylvan Blvd at the back entrance to the University. He is posted their several times a week.
