Springfield Township cops set up a timing car at Montgomery Avenue and time you between a VASCAR line and the stop bar at the traffic light at Montgomery coming down the hill. If the light’s red, you’re safe. If it’s green, watch it. A cop on foot stands in the traffic lane up the hill and pulls over the unfortunate.
