Parkway Boulevard near Franklin Covey
Between 2700 West and Decker Lake Drive by the Franklin Covey bldg. As you go over the I-215 overpass, there are often unmarked police cars waiting just over the crest of the hill to clock you as you go over the top. Very frequent.
