Philadelphia Street
This is on Philadelphia Street at the western part of town (towards route 422). From 13th Street out to the end of town there are a few sets of white lines. Watch these carefully! This is a 35 zone, and the borough police use this area quite frequently. They love nothing better than snagging the college students who make up a small part of the population of Indiana. I have even seen them at these traps on Sunday mornings (Late for church? Don’t get in a hurry here). If stopped, be nice to these gentlemen, as they don’t tolerate much past "yes sir" and "no sir."
