Plainfield / Naperville Road near between 75th and 87th
Naperville’s finest will sit in the entrance to the parking lot of the DuPage forrest preserve and pick people off. I’ve also seen DuPage County Sherif instead of Naperville police. They sit in the parking lots on both sides of the road so you can get pulled over going north or south on Plainfield / Naperville. I’ve seen cops here at all times of day, you’re never really safe on this stretch.
The speed limit is 45 but it’s a two lane road through the middle of a forrest preserve, so it’s really easy to creep up a lot higher than that. Not only that, but the road both northbound and southbound is downhill, so you get going pretty fast without even noticing it.
Just be cautious between 75th and 87th streets, because as we all know Naperville cops don’t really know what a warning is. Once the lights go on, you’re out 75 bucks.
