The limit from Columbia eastbound is 25, but changes from 25 to 25 about 1 mile east of Columbia. Cops ticket people eastbound for as little as 26 or 27, eastbound. Oc course, they ticket people coming westbound at the place where the limit changes from 35 to 25.
