If going southbound on Pot Spring Rd towards the Timonium Rd intersection, after passing a church on the right hand side, Pot Spring Rd slopes downward, you can easily idle up to 45 if not paying attention (Posted speed limit is 30 mph). Use Chantrey Rd (on the right hand side) as a reference point which you will pass near the church. On the slope downwards, there is a marked car that sits on Springlake Drive on the right hand side (right before Timonium Rd), which you CANNOT see going down the downgrade due to a tree. Normally when you go the other way, the marked car is out in the open. Be careful and pay attention to your speed.
