Pot Spring Road near Deer Fox Lane
This speed trap has been present for many years. The police car usually hides at the entrance to Deer Fox Lane behind the community sign, bushes or trees (which block the police car from view). Occasionally, the police car can also be found in the private driveway across the street from Deer Fox Lane. North bound traffic on Pot Spring Road must come down a hill, and the speed trap is near the bottom of that hill. By the time drivers see the speed trap, it is too late. The speed limit is 30 miles per hour, which is unrealistically low for a wide, main road. A more realistic speed, which most cars travel at, is 45 miles per hour. The speed trap has been set-up at all times of the day, but PM rush hour is the most common.
