Powers Boulevard near Platte Avenue
CSPD will sit in the center median of southbound or northbound Powers Blvd just south or north of Platte Ave. Location varies slightly. They shoot instant-on k-band radar. Usually have a motorcycle LEO in the median with 2-3 chase vehicles.
