President George Bush Turnpike
Collin County Constable at the on ramp to Eastbound PGBT from the Toll entrance. Uses Laser with his door open pointed at vehicles coming over the top of North Garland Road. The constable does speed enforcement daily at this location so watch your speed approaching and passing North Garland Road on George Bush.

That part of PGHWB FWY is not Collin County. So it was a Dallas County Constable. But now they're not doing traffic - but still be alert as GPD & THP has picked up more enforcement especially in the construction zone qat east end of the FWY.
