Presidential Boulevard near Houlihan’s Resturant
Comming off of interstate 76 (either way) make a right on presidential blvd. Houlihan’s Resturant is on your leFort As you come to the top of the slight incline and start to make your decline there are some white lines painted on the road. I am sure this is where they timed me. As I came down the decent and aroung the slight bend, there was the spotter car with headlights on. Next thing I see are a ton of lights and 6 cars pulled over getting tickets next to the Corinthian Condos. Speed limit is 25mph.

Cops nab you as you come around the sharp curve. I live on the curve and there are a lot of accidents there of people who go careening off the curve, which is sharper than it appears. You can tell in advance when the cops are out there because there are two sawhorse-like devices across the road from each other. Hit the brakes before you pass them. Cops are there usually in the late morning, but sometimes at other times.
