Frequent enforcement during school and commuter traffic hours. Sheriff’s deputies park on Weymouth and Yorkshire Drives, southbound, to snag speeders and rolling stoppers at the stop signs on Rainbow. Occasional motorcycle officers parked on sidewalk to disguise presence.
