Ranier Rd. & Seabrook Dr.
Officer sits in squad car on Seabrook. (West side) Enforcement is heaviest near the end of the month. (Do they have ticket quotas here? Probably since the ticketing goes on near the end of the month on a quiet residential street.)

This is not a "speed trap". the plice are sitting watching the stop sign. many people ignore this sign. I have lived in the area for 15 years and it happens a lot. I have seen many kids almost get hit and cars just don't seem to notice r care about the stop sign. There is no way to speed in this area as there are residential speed bumps that you have to slow down for both before and after th estop sign. So if yougot a ticket it wasn't for speeding and if it was you probably deserved it.
I've gotten pulled over for speeding here (have also lived in this neighborhood for my entire 20 years of life) so it definitely is possible. And you are for sure going to see cops somewhere in this neighborhood in the afternoon around the time school gets out or has been out for an hour or two
