Bedminster and Branchburg police officers seem to have cross jurisdiction in the area just outside of the Community College. Those going from 50mph to 35mph limit seem to get nabbed quite readily, especially on the half hours (nabbing poor school children who are unfortunately late for their all important classes). At night they like to get people who jump the gun on the 50mph zone coming from route 28 towards 78.
