Reinhardt College Parkway near In Front of River Ridge Apartments
Police like to sit at the entrance of the River Ridge at Canton Apartments. When you are coming up (from either way) you do not see him until it is too late. I’ve seen hundreds of people pulled over by the cops who sit there.
