Robinson Rd (aka Star Rd) between E Frankin Rd and Airport R
This is a 35 MPH zone in a semi-rural area on either side of I-84, with a 40 MPH zone to the north and a 45 MPH zone to the south. From 06/2009 to 06/2010, 27 speeding tickets were written in the areas to the north and south combined. Within the 35 zone, 400 speeding ticket were issued in the same time frame, of which 399 were for 10+ over the posted limit. These statistics were provided by the Canyon County Sheriffs Office. I would call this speed limit inappropriate.

The zone on Robinson from Franklin to Airport rd was raised at the expense of the people living through there. Flamingo is a blind intersection if you driving south, which is frequented by concrete trucks. Stamm is a blind intersection if your driving north. There are multiple residences on this stretch. So many tickets were issued because people refused to slow down. This NEEDS to be 35 mph again. Slow down and obey the LAW.
