Roosevelt Road near Butterfield Road
While driving west bound on Roosevelt rd.right before Butterfield rd they sit just past the end of the guardrail on right side. By the time you see him its to late. Speed limit goes from 55mph to 45 mph.Elmhurst also sits there and so does Villa Park.
