Route 19 between Washington and McMurray
Both North Stabane and South Stabane Township police hide in various locations and use Vascar to issue citations. Route 19 is a four lane highway which crosses rolling hills making it easy to speed. Enforcement is fairly consistent. PA citations are costly and average $125+.
