Rt 15 right past Blossburg exit
Police sit right behind a bridge that you cant really see them. It is right by the cross over of the Blossburg exit from Rt 15 going North. becareful. The road is straight and you are tempted to drive faster than 65mph. These cops have no sympathy at all.
