25 MPH speed limit in rural area. Police like to park at the bottom of a hill with pulse guns. If you don’t ride your breaks, there is no way you can go 25.

What is a "pulse gun"??? If you're talking about having a radar that has a "hold" switch...that's what all radars have, so they can defeat radar detectors. It's an "on-off" switch.
