Sampson Park is a very small community between Lake Worth and Downtown Fort Worth. They have a considerable police presence for such a small community. Hwy 199 is the only main road going through Sampson Park and, as well as for speeding, they will pull you over for anything (I was pulled over for a Dim License Plate Light). They have a small army of tow trucks ready to impound cars for no insurance. They have built a new Police Station and Jail on the backs of their poorer citizens and commuters that have to pass through getting to downtown for work. As small as Sampson Park is there is no way they were able to build that complex on property taxes alone. I’m pretty sure this place should be investigated for something. At the least, what they are doing on that stretch of road is boarder line harassment.
