Santa Margarita Parkway near Pinecrest Road
The motorcyle cop hangs out behind the bush by Pinecrest Park nabbing the driver going downhill from Rancho Santa Margarita. He works with another cop in either a police car or motorcycle by the intersection of Margarite and Santa Margarita Parkway. You can easily exceed the speed limit with your foot off the gas coasting down Santa Margarita Pkwy.!
