This is a very busy intersection in the morning rush hour. The motorcycle officer parks on the east side of National Bl. at the intersection of the offramp; he is well hidden from vehicles exiting the fwy. He writes a lot of tickets for gridlock violators, (stuck in the intersection when the light turns red). Do not enter this intersection in the morning from any direction unless you are certain that you will exit the intersction before the light turns red.
