Coming off 99E going eastbound on Holgate, motorcycle cops have been sitting in the vintage car dealer’s parking lot between 26th and 28th between 6 and 9 at night. It’s tricky because you’re coming off of a bridge and you can’t see the cops until you pass them. The speed limit is 30 mph, which is pretty unrealistic for a 4 lane road, but luckily they’re only there about twice a week. I got a ticket there recently and was told by the officer to keep it under 45. What’s frustrating is that they could pull over most of the cars that pass, but they choose the ones that are the very front of the pack, so beware if you’re in front and slow down.
