Local police park in an obscure parking lot belonging to "The Tack Room" at 1311 South 3rd St., Laramie, WY. They back into the parking lot up against an adjacent building and they’re almost invisible until it’s too late. It’s a block North of the I-80 Exit/Entrance ramp, which is also the intersection for I-80 & HWY 287 South to Ft. Collins, Colorado where the Wyoming HP also have a station located. The speed limit is posted 30 mph and increases to 35 mph just as you approach North side of the I-80 underpass and increases to 45 mph as you travel South and continue onto U.S. 287 South leaving town. Be careful out there!
