South bound Hwy 45 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Bridge crossing freeway approximately in south bound lane just north (6100 block or Florist Street)of Silver Spring Drive. Periodically a sheriff will sit on bridge and radio ahead to 5-10 sheriff patrol cars. Happened today big time to seven unsuspecting unsuspecting victims were tagged where the grade is downhill.
