Driver’s entering Moscow from the south decend Main Street or Hwy95 after passing the A@W restaurant. There is a Forest Service research station on the west side of the road where officer’s will park or officers will sit across from the Forest Service research station at the entrance to a small trailer court. The speed limit drops from 35mph to 25mph which is a crawl going down this hill coming into Moscow. This is what Moscow Police Officers call the "Honey Pot" because they are very successful in meeting their ticket quotas at this location.
