South Loop 289 traveling east Loop near Interstate I27
Traveling east on Loop 289 between the I27 exit and the loop there a grassy area with trees. The motorcycle officer sits in that area behind small trees clocking both the So. Loop traffic and the traffic getting off the I27 exit.
