If you can see the Sussex water tower while driving on 164, I guarantee there are cops waiting for you. The first spot is southbound 164, there is an entrance to a subdivision on the left side of the road before the water tower, and cops always sit directly across from that entrance. Then as soon as you pass the tower, cops will sit in the median on the little hill downgrade there (with lights off). They also sit in the entrance to the industrial business park on the left. Once you go through the lights at the intersection of K and 164, watch out, because just over the hill, there will be a cop to the right, hiding behind trees in the entrance to the subdivision. Also, further south along the bend past Lindsey Rd, they sit in the entrance to the condos, with their roof at street level.
