South of St. Clair going southbound. Downhill. Very nasty. Posted signs are completely obstructed by foliage from streetside trees. Officer hides mounted radar unit behind a stone wall at Russell Hill, just at the end of the overpass/bridge. Only clear sign south of St. Clair is on that bridge but Lidar is pointed at beginning of it (bottom of hill) so it’s too late to adjust. Photograph evidence is almost always deemed inadmissible in Ontario courts. In other words, an ideal "cash register" for enforcement officers.
