20 MPH on a smooth wide street, not realistic.

Springdale Library Street...is also the street that runs beside the water park and the high school. It requires a 20 MPH zone. Yes, they regularly monitor and issue tickets for ten miles over. This is for the safety of the young population that frequents this area. It should not be classified as a trap.
The officers hide in the library drive. 20 mph during hrs when there are no children present is an excess on a wide street. If speed is such a problem, speed bumps should be installed in several areas. When children are not present, such limits are not imposed in other cities.
