Spur off of Hwy 35 coming into Danbury

For 2 miles off of Hwy 35 coming into Danbury, the speed limit is 45, as soon as you hit the curve coming into town there is the speed limit sign of 30. There is always a Police Officer sitting about 500 yards up the road waiting.

Yea, catching folks who know what the speed limit is, know's it drops, don't care because they were already speeding in the 45mph zone but yet continue to drive 60+mph when there are NUMEROUS signs posting what the speed limit is... Tell me again how this is a speed trap??
