st hwy 11B
Going towards Parishville/Hopkinton from Potsdam on 11B, just after the bridge for the St. Regis river, there is a hill to your right that state troopers will often hide disguised as part of a cluster of trees. They can see you coming from quite a ways away, so generally I would slow down in this area (before the bridge). This stretch is usually a great place to pass other vehicles, because of the extended visibility, but you may want to be aware of the speed trap before you decide to blow by someone who is obeying the speed limit.
