St. Pauls Avenue near paxton Street
They park their car on paxton street, it is not easily visible from st. pauls ave, since the bushes cover them. When you enter St. Pauls from Victory Blvd, you end up on a hill, the speed limit is 25 mph which is almost impossible to maintain, since you have to break through the whole time, and they catch you on a radar if you dont. I live nearby, and I see them very often when I leave for work, and sometimes when I come back.
