State Highway 123 near Campground Road
Newton PD cop likes to sit in the parking lot of a closed gas station called Ard’s Supply pointed down 123 towards traffic coming from Ozark. Have seen him several times on the way home from work at about the same time, 4:30 in the afternoon.
