State Highway 151 Southbound
Cop in silver/tan Crown Vic, sits in median and nabs speeders at flat 80. Posted limit is 65 (this is a Wisconsin 4 lane divided hiway) Two female cops, enforcing highway speeds when they should be in their dinky township. Driver is a rookie/seems new.. Ticket @ 100 dollars plus points.. Be VERY watchful on State Highway 151 from Madison south to Dubuque Iowa..
