State Highway 31 near Interstate 45
On SH 31 from the the I45 intersection in Corsicana in Navarro County to Malakoff in Henderson County the speed limit goes back and forth up to 70 and down to 35, as Hwy 31 passes through several small villages -Powell, Kerens, Trinidad and Malakoff. Very confusing speed limits, and troopers always on hand to ticket.
