State Highway 36 N near By downtown Street
When you are coming into Somerville from Brenham (going north) the speed limit drops from 70 to 30 within about a mile or two. There is a cop and a sherriff always sitting behind the big sign infront of the Chevron station. Watch out! They have no mercy!

Yes it is a Speed Trap. Coming into Somerville from Killeen(going South) is another big drop in the speed limit. Trust me, I'm a living witness...
