State Highway 41 & Ramp & State Highway 144
State trooper sits north of over pass for HWY 144- if going north bound you go down the hill & the trooper will be in the center median or up at the meat market w/ a gun and another trooper on the ramp. Need to watch yourself at night as they are sitting w/out their lights on.
