Officer is waiting on side of road or in bushy median area with Radar/Laser gun for traffic from the 805 north merging to the 52 east. Every morning there is a person receiving a ticket when I pass by around 8am. I have known about this cop and I still was given a ticket. He had finished writing a ticket and visually gauged my speed. I didn’t fight I just went to traffic school. There are cops on both sides of the 52 betwen the 805 and Santo Road just sitting with their radar guns during morning and evening rush hour periods.
