State Highway 57
When you leave the center of town and move to the eastern edge where it becomes open country, the speed remains 40mph for an extended distance. I assume farmland must have been annexed for the purposes of revenue generation.
fine: $132.00 for 57 in a 40 zone!

Hwy57 heading east out of Moscow. 40mph for way out of town. I was over 3 miles outside of the town. $163.75 ticket 54 in a 40. Went to court pleaded guilty in court. Ticket was dismissed and I paid $100.00 court cost. It pays to go to court. If you plead not guilty, you run the risk of the judge hearing your case finding you guilty thus paying court cost and the full price ticket fine.
