this small town has moved its city limit sign way out into the country,,,,,,your going 70,,,,,,suddenly the speed limit is 55,,,,,and no town,,,,so people keep going 70,,,,the money grubbers set off the highway on a dirt road late at night,,,,,3a.m.,,,4a.m.,,,and clock you as you go by
