State Highway 72 East near State Highway 94
Heading east out of town from Pea Ridge (94 & 72) on Highway 72 is 30 MPH…while you travel down a very steep hill you will pick up speed…but hit your brakes…cuz the Police are at the top of the hill, behind the tall grass just waiting for you…been told there are no "warnings" only tickets. Have seen many folks pulled over in this area…they must be tourists as non of the locals are surprised by this officer any longer…

It's highway 62 and I've traveled it from Garfield through Pea Ridge to Rogers and back several times a week. I have never (repeat never) seen a radar equipped police car stopped on that highway except to monitor traffic at one of the two schools and then only during peak school activity periods.
For that matter, the only radar units I've seen in operation between Rogers and Eureka Springs have been the occasional State Police and/or County Sheriff's vehicles.
