The town speed limit is 25 mph for a very long stretch and there isn’t much in it. As you think you are leaving town due to the scarcity of buildings the limit is still only 35. Where I was given a ticket I could see the 45mph sign (the cop was parked by it when he checked my speed). I asked how the limit could be 35 when I was in sight of a 45mph sign and was told that he clocked me back in the 35 zone. It doesn’t seem right that within view of the 45-sign I was cited for exceeding 35.
