State Highway 9 near Nichols Street
As you drive west out of town, the speed limit is 35 MPH going into a curve. As you come out of the curve, the officer sits back off to the right side facing on-coming traffic. Though as you come out of the curve, the opposite side traffic sign reads 35 MPH (incoming traffic into town must slow from 40 mph). The officer stated "the speed is 35 mph going out of town and 40 mph coming into town at that point." Never heard of such a thing.
