State Highway 99 within city limits
State Highway 99 is posted as 45MPH except at either end of the city there is an obscure speed limit sign posting a 30MPH within the city limits. If you miss the sign as I did, you will probably be ticketed. The fine for being clocked at 40MPH in the 30MPH zone is $134.00 and the citation will go against your driving record even if you reside in another state (I live in Cypress, California.
