Between the Grand Central Parkway and the Throgs Neck Bridge, the Clearview is loaded with police in unmarked vehicles. At times, you will see 3 or 4 cars in each direction with motorists being ticketed. On ramps, they have police posted checking expired registrations, inspections and seat belts and will ticket all of the time. No explanations, apologies or excuses avoid ticket.
