That strip of highway is patrolled most of the time by officers with the Nueces County Justice of the Peace, which is located conveniently next door to the municipal court in Port Aransas, on Avenue A. Solution to the problem? Drive a golf cart.

Port Aransas will not cut you any slack even when you are in uniform for the Fire Dept. taking a child to the hosp. in shock. Just 5 miles over
